Once a week, we honor Malagasy cuisine with a buffet to discover the flavors of Nosy Be and the Big Island: chicken with coconut and curry, vegetable achards, samossas, romazava (traditional dish made of meat and brèdes), cassava leaves and other curried shrimps… without forgetting the famous rougail saucisse.
You can choose between half board and full board during your stay. Meals are served as a buffet or a la carte, depending on the season.
From morning to night, we like to work with fresh local products from the sea and the earth in a simple menu that is renewed daily. Every day, a minimum of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts are offered. Our restaurant offers you its colorful flavors around a European and Malagasy cuisine. Whether you come to appease a small hunger between two beach sessions, to sip a cocktail in an enchanting setting or to share a meal with your loved ones at the end of a day’s excursion on the island of Nosy Be, the restaurant of Corail Noir seduces you first of all by the atmosphere of the place. Between resting the senses and escaping the mind, you are ready to taste the diversity of dishes offered, and the passion deployed in the kitchen by the chef and his brigade.

Room, breakfast and dinner (excluding drinks) are included, choose from 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts. A children’s menu is available for the little gourmets. Don’t worry if you want to stay for lunch, the restaurant will offer you its à la carte service.
