Every day, the chef and his team cook up mixed dishes that combine local seasonal products with European know-how. A simple, fresh and friendly cuisine with mixed flavors, which can be enjoyed on the restaurant’s terrace with a breathtaking view of Sakatia island.
Once a week, Malagasy cuisine is honored around a discovery buffet of the flavors of Nosy Be and the Big Island: chicken with coconut and curry, pickled vegetables, samosas, romazava (a traditional dish made from meat and “brèdes”), cassava leaves and other kinds of prawns with curry… of course, let’s not forget the famous sausage rougail.

It’s up to you to choose between half board and full board during your stay. Meals are served as a buffet or à la carte, depending on the season.

Every morning from 7.15 am to 10 am is served a breakfast buffet. A wide variety of quality products are of choice, including hot and cold drinks. The hotel pastry chef prepares each morning pastries, together with sweet and savory dishes.

Freely organize your days with the half-board formula

If you want to enjoy your days without having to worry about dinner once back home, choose the half-board option!
The half-board formula includes breakfast and dinner (excluding drinks), with a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts. Plus, a kids’ menu is available for the greedy ones. Do you also want to stay for lunch? We got it covered: the restaurant will sublime you with à la carte services.

Complete freedom with the full board formula

If you want to make the most of your vacation and not wonder about meals from morning to evening, the full board formula is your match!
Thanks to our varied menu renewed every day, your taste buds will thank us later, and your appetite will be pleased by buffet selections or à la carte suggestions. The full board formula includes:
· A buffet breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
· A lunch from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts
· A dinner is served from 19:30 p.m. to 22:30 p.m.

In addition to the restaurant, the pool bar serves soft drinks and cocktails for an enjoyable sea-view aperitif.
In case of intolerances or allergies, our chef is at your disposal to adapt the meals according to your dietary constraints.
